Export failed

Hello I cannot download any data from the server, it is giving me an ‘Export Failed’ message. Please could you advise me as to what may cause this and if my data is still on the server or ‘lost’

When I try download xls legacy or media I get the message ‘Kobocat-s3.s3.amazonaws.com refused to connecct’

Could you kindly provide us more details on the following:

  • Server you are using (OCHA or HHI)
