Facing "Export Failed" error message while downloading data

I’m also facing an issue to download data from multiple version, Can someone pls help

@Prabhu, did you make any changes to your xlsform and redeploy them especially with the repeat groups?

@Kal_Lam, Yes Actually some of the validation was not working so I make the changes and redeploy

In this case, the best possible option would be to download your data as XLS (Legacy) format as outlined in the post discussed previously:

@nyxz86, @reach.arm looking at it more closely. But, until we find anything, you could download your data through DATA>Downloads>XLS (legacy): [Image 1]

I have tried the same but data of repeat section is lost, Any chance to get the lost data

@Prabhu, you could fix it by following the instruction as outlined in the post discussed previously:

Here is a post discussed previously on why you get this type of error (it should help you solve your issue): Steps to solve your issue: Download your xlsform (different deployed versions) by cloning them. Check the differences (especially focus on repeat group questions). Identify the changes and edit the xlsform accordingly. Replace the xlsform and redeploy. You should be able to download your dataset without any issue.
