@Cyro, a screenshot of your issue please? Have you tried to download your data in XLS legacy format to see how it behaves?

hi @Kal_Lam and everyone, I have been trying to download XLS(legacy) since yesterday. Its stuck at pending. I am using the humanitarian server. I have already tried to using a different browser and even a different device.
