@lfacttgf, I tried this on Windows 11 OS using the Chrome browser. FYR, I did not have any issues loading the form: When clicking the eye-like open button: [Image 1] When clicking the pen-like edit button: [Image 2] As a workaround, could you try clearing your browser’s cache and updating it to its latest version to see how it behaves?
