yes self-hosted
new surveys and clone surveys are working fine ,only old working surveys not working now
even this upgrade [2.021.47]
it has issue ,i dont think upgrade issue because new are working fine and old are not working
OK, we did have an issue with 2.021.45 as outlined in our announcement:
Hence it was fixed in 2.021.45a and also had another fix in 2.021.45b.

note: i just upgraded 2.021.47 unable to save From
It has nothing to do with any upgrade, but if you’ve changed domain names and find that old surveys no longer work, you’ll need to follow these instructions:
