How can we avoid duplicate data collection while submitting the form?

Hi As @ks_1 has mentioned, normally there is no way to have the form look up values entered in the previous submissions. This kind of relational database ability is not provided within the forms. Hypothetically speaking you could always create a rule, known to your participants that only one entry would be accepted and you can prefer to explain the one you need e.g. if you make two entries only the first one will be accepted etc. Regards Stephane

Maybe you could be cautious while collecting data (where enumerators are allocated with specific respondents and they collect data from the same i.e. not going out of the samples they have been provided). The other option is during data management (where the data manager cleans the repeated samples if there are any looking at key identifiers such as name etc. set while developing the survey tool).
