How to disable chose image option for photo question

Is there any way I can disable or restrict “Chose image” option when photo question is added to the form. I only want photo to be taken from the camera. This is a very important quality control measure for a study. Please help

Welcome to the community @dayom4real! You could do this as outlined below:

###In a Form builder UI:

If you wish to do the same through the form builder UI, you could do it as outlined in the image below:

1. Ensure that the question type is image.
2. Under the appearance settings select other and then type new.

In an xlsform:

If you wish to do the same through the xlsform, you could do it as outlined in the post discussed previously:

Hi @fakhrizalakbar, Please see the image below to Take Picture for KoBoToolbox: [Image%201] You could also use the new-front (under appearance) to capture new photo with font-camera (selfie) or use new-rear (under appearance) to capture new photo with rear-camera.
