am failing to download a blank form from a deployed project, please kindly assist. its saying did you enter correct url but i have checked many times,please please help

Thank you so so much Kal, i am super grateful. So i am realising this is what happened, for the URL i had entered https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info which was the link on the top page of where i built my form. so that is what i did instead of entering https://kc.humanitarinaresponse.info
