I did all the steps to add the form in the application and it says blank form

@panirbms21, the first thing you will need to do is configure the Collect Android App as outlined in this support article: The second thing you will need to check is to see if the enumerators have at least logged into their KoboToolbox account once. Failing to login to the account at least once should also cause such issues.
