I run the get blank form but nothing to display

Kindly I’ve created odk xls form and deployed it kobo collect But when I run the get blank form I get the response nothing to display yet i’ve set up the general settings.

What could be the problem?

Did you configure your KoBoCollect android app as outlined in the support article shared above?
