Internal Server Error: <h1>Server Error (500)</h1> when viewing Reports Tab

Hello,

Our team implemented a local stack of Kobo on our own server as discussed here. We’ve created projects and tested it if it indeed download forms and submit data. So far it is successful.

However, when viewing the Reports, we get this error Internal Server Error: <h1>Server Error (500)</h1>. Any advice on what to do?

We need a little bit more of info :wink:
If you clone your project and add only one submission, does it return a 500 too?

Which version of kobo-install are you running? (You can know it with ./run.py --version)
