Is there a setting for incorporating numeric separator eg. $200000 could be presented as $ 200,000

To this, my query was about separating the numerics. For example when we write the total population of school age children in a country is 250000. I would like the entered data be shown as 250,000.

Will this be possible? Please guide me. Thank you.
