Jumps to bottom during editing each time

Hi all,

Whenever I edit/add/delete a question, my browser jumps to the bottom of the page, and I have to manually scoll back up to the spot in the questionnaire that I was working on. With long questionnaires, this becomes rather tedious. I believe this started happening a couple of months back, but could be wrong. I am using Chrome 84.04 in a Windows10 machine.

And help much appreciated as this is driving me a bit nuts.
