Loading error message seen in field when collecting data with Enketo

We are experiencing this issue as well - I’m not able to reproduce it yet, but we have started to receive this error with our field team (offline survey collection) - The survey we are using has not been changed and is only now starting to show this error

Its a problem with the divice that send the message. You need to Update the app that you are using to collect the data. In our case its Google Chrome.

An other advice is that the app has only open the window of the survey and keep closed any other.

@heinburger, you will need to use modern browsers like Chrome, Edge, Firefox etc. These browsers should have minimal issues. When using them also ensure that the browsers are updated to it’s latest version, as advised by @pablofernandez.
