Low connectivity scenarios: sharing data from device to device

Hi folks,

I am supporting a group where some enumerators have devices which never connect. A ‘traveler’ collects their data using NFC/Bluetooth and then eventually uploads it when they have a connection.

I see that it is possible to manually copy the submissions off the device and then bulk upload them from the web. Is there a simpler way or has this scenario been dealt with differently?
