Make question optional based on previous answer

Hi! I am trying to make a question required only if a previous question was answered as “Yes”, and optional if the same previous question was answered as “No”. I am not sure how to make questions conditionally required if possible. Can someone help me?

If you are using the form builder UI, you could do the same through the Mandatory Response>Custom logic as shown in the image below:
