Making a constraint in a select multiple question that does not allow to enter 2 options form a list of choices

Hello,
I would like to be able to write a validation constraint on a multiple selection type question;
Example :
professional situation
To respond :
Student
Unemployed
worker
I would not like to be able to give the possibility of choosing in certain cases unemployed and working but the constraint to use does not accept the choices offered
