Missing data while exporting repeat-group information collected through app

We have a registration implemented through both app and link, In case of using app we see the repeat group information in kobo table and do not see in exported file, as for the link, we see info in exported file but not in kobo table. The issue has started recently from 16 March. Before that we did not have such issue. How can we export the information collected through kobo application?

@Kal_Lam Hi! I have the same issue. I see repeat_group data in kobo table, but when exporting, it is not here. The issue is new. We didn’t face it previously. Can you support with that ?

@Kal_Lam can I ask for any updates on this issue?

@AsOs, could you also share a screenshot with us so that the community could help troubleshoot your issue?

@Kal_Lam do you want the screenshot of kobo table or exported file?

@AsOs, our team also got the same issue with some missing data from the export files with repeat-group. We are still waiting for some updates as well.

@AsOs, @hervet_16, could we have only one post for an issue so that it would be easy for the community to search for relevant issues:

Based on the information provided, it seems that there may be a technical issue with the Kobo application or link that is causing the data to not be exported correctly. It is recommended to check with the Kobo support team or forum to see if others have experienced similar issues and if there are any known solutions or workarounds.

In terms of exporting the information collected through the Kobo application, it may be possible to try exporting the data in a different format or using a different method to see if that resolves the issue. It may also be helpful to double-check the settings and configurations in both the Kobo application and link to ensure they are set up correctly.

As for the category, it seems to be related to technical issues with a specific software/application, and could be categorized under a broader category of “Software/Technical Support”.
