Note from a question in repeated group to be displayed for every entry

Hi, I have a household roster which is created using repeated group. Within that roster I have a question, which asks number of times the person is hospitalised and the type of question is integer? I want a note to appear after the group ends for every household member with their names displaying the number of times the person is hospitalised. PLease see note with variable name number_epi_count in the file attached.

Hi @smbai, Maybe you could try it as outlined in the image shared below: In the survey tab of your xlsform: [Image 1] In the choices tab of your xlsform: [Image 2] In the settings tab of your xlsform: [Image 3] Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: [Image 4] Note: Here the labels are not shown.
