I want to configure server on my mobile to access the questionaires.

Get questiomaires and fill the blanks etc

@honnes, if I understood you correctly, you are probably trying to get blank forms (deployed in the server) to your device. If this is what you are looking for, then you should be able to do it as outlined in the article here:
