Ka_Lam buen dia, como te habia comentado el archivo ya estaba convertido a CVS UTF-8 (Delimitado por comas),

Al abrirlo en mi computador no sale como me lo envias en la foto, por lo tanto no puedo hacer el proceso de Text to Columns Data Tab
.Delimited Next y Semicolon Next Tab Semicolon General Finish como se plantea en la solucion.

Me puedes ayudar si hay errores me ayudas a identificar
