Referencing Question

Dear All,

Good Day. I am facing a problem in running a sequential question which is added with the pre vious question. But the thing is it connects with online but the second and third question are not showing the options connect with it. Its a short file, if any experts see it for 5 minutes, he/she will be able to pull it real soon. Please support me in this regard.
