Restrict the number of surveys after achieving the target

@nalinsharma_2004, unfortunately, this feature is not available with KoboToolbox. However, we do have a request made previously where you could VOTE to make it a reality in the near future.

Restrict user with number of submissions

Dear Developer, It is just a suggestion from my point of view. I want to receive a fixed number of forms from users per day. So if your team will work for this then it may be helpful to me also for others those who are using this. Thanks & Regards Sarbeswar Sahu
