Should I redeploy my form to my KoboCollect Android App to recognize the new updated CSV?

Thanks for your answer. I was having the same “problem”. So, just to clarify:
Does every time that I update an old media file, like a csv with house addresses that are constantly changing, I should redeploy my form to my KoboCollect Android App to recognize the new updated CSV?

I ask because I use API and once a day update information (delete old and upload a new updated csv with the same name) and ask to field researchers synchronize their App. Now I should, after updating csv, redeploy my form before asking field researchers to synchronize their App. Correctly?
