Dear Kal_Lam, we have been collecting data by using Kobo Collect mobile app (https://eu.kobotoolbox.org). But time to time, some of our field team members experiencing download failed issue. Sometimes right after we assign them the survey, sometimes when they need to change the mobile device with a new one. Would you assist me to solve the problem. Thanks in advance.

Actually I have did my search on the forum and tried the solutions but could not solve the problem that we are facing. The problem is not for all the staff and also while they can be able to download some surveys but cannot access and download others.
@semihcetin, maybe you will also need to check the app version for those devices/enumerators who cannot get blank forms.
