What is the general goal of the feature?
The new beta of ODK Collect (v1.20) has a much requested feature of collecting the GPS location in the background via an audit log file that’s saved as a CSV file. I have been using Kobotoolbox with ODK collect, and I would like for Kobo to add support for this CSV file. Ideally it should be available to dowload from kobotoolbox.

What are the most likely user stories for how and when this would be used by someone on your team?
It’s helpful for anyone who wishes to see where exactly the enumerator is filling the answers from. It can also record the movement of the enumerator while the question is being filled. It’s faster and easier than having a query to record the GPS coordinates.
The audit log also records the amount of time spent by the user on each question. This can help design better forms.
How useful would this feature be to other users or organizations?
This would be extremely helpful to any user who needs to verify locations.
What can you contribute to making this feature a reality?
I’m not a coder, don’t really know how I can contribute.
