I found a workaround using the question type select_one_from_file csvfile.csv (Works also with select_multiple_from_file.

Extremely long list of choices

Hi @dianedetoeuf, If you try uploading 80000 choices (in a survey form), you will surely have a very difficult time as your form will take a lot of time to load. Thus for this, please try using the select one/ multiple from file instead of select one.
