The inability to export the data in the participating account as it was before

Good day!
I shared a project with some agency to collect data for us , this agency can’t export data which inserted by them as it was before … WHY :frowning_face: .
Could you please help me in this isuess.

I have this problem also , I used to export data in the previous , I don’t know why now I can’t. :frowning:
I am working with local agencies to collect our data and each agencies can export their data before . Now they can’t .
