Unable to upload new form in kobocollect

Hi the community.
I’ve deployed questionnaires with investigators. The questionnaires are found in their kobotoolbox but unfortunately none of the questionnaires are found in their kobocollect for download, except for one person who was able to download the form in kobocollect. I can’t locate this synchronization issue between the kobotoolbox account and the kobocollect application. Thank you for your help
