@LuisB, kindly please be informed that even if you have made changes to your questionnaire (say, added a new question) and then redeployed it to the server. You also got the new form version for your app, but the submission in your app does not get the new version of the question. This is because the question was filled out in the previous (old) version.
The only workaround to fix this version is by making edits to the submissions on the server.
