1) Research and understand relevant X(LS)Form features, e.g. `xml-external` type… 2) Add necessary settings and API endpoints to link projects together 3) Add UI for linking projects 4) Modify XForm XML generation code as required Don't forget: * Do not regenerate XML if no new submissions have been received * Do not regenerate XML more frequently than X minutes * Configurable? * Based on number of submissions? * Restructure XML to make it friendlier?
