Jules Merlain is a computer programmer and a practitioner of statistical business processes. Passioned about GIS, which I discovered while exploring agricultural statistics in my work. On a day-to-day basis, I derive great satisfaction from being involved in specifying needs, designing, building, collecting, processing, analysing, disseminating and evaluating statistical operations, with the aim of bringing the data to life and thereby informing public decision-makers.

Jules Merlain enjoys sharing his experience with young people in both English and French.
