I lead Kobo, the organization behind KoboToolbox. I love combining research, data science and innovation to help tackle humanitarian challenges and other difficult issues. Previously, I worked at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative and Brigham and Women’s Hospital where I have led creation of the KoBoToolbox platform since 2013. I also conduct research on the use of NLP for better understanding people affected by humanitarian emergencies.
