2 visits form: I need to continue updating a form. how do I find it?

Hi guys,

I have to visit the same person twice. And I would like to update the first form with the informations aquired at the second visitation. The point is that I can’t find the first answer to update it. I can’t search for the person’s name, phone number or something…

I just can’t find the first answer to update it.

Do you have an idea on how can I do to find the first answer and update it while working capturing informations?

I wouldn’t like to make two answers per user visited… cause it’s to much work later to unite both answers.

Can you help me?
