Hello all,
I am writing with a problem when trying to edit submitted data via an Enketo form on the humanitarian server.
My project has 10 users. One user keeps getting an error message when trying to edit submitted data. The message says “Submission Failed: The data server for your form or the Enketo server is down. Please try again later or contact support@kototoolbox.org.(500)”
This user is able to edit forms on other projects with no problem. Additionally, the other 9 users don’t have this problem with the project. Finally, when I log in with the user’s credentials, I am able to edit the forms and submit with no problem.
Things we have tried already:
- Restarting the computer
- Logging in and out
- Using an incognito browser window
- Using different browser
- Trying incremental editing with repeated saving/submitting
- Waiting
- Repeatedly clicking ok/submit
