About Sharing data form to collect data

to share my data form with the data enumerators , I have added their username in the setting’s add user option. However, they still can not download the form. Each time the below error message shows up.

Thank you so much. But the typo in the kobo web server should be immediately corrected as it shows ‘kf’ instead of ‘kc’. I lost precisely 7/8 hours trying to find out what the actual problem is. I was so agitated!

@sakibulislam377, we already have a PR fixed for this. The fix should be on our next release.
