We collect data with kobocollect and when we uploaded data to the server, we couldn’t find it in Kobotoollbox. Can you see what may have happened or can we recover the data?
Welcome back to the community, @finercia_americo! Could you also share with us a screenshot of the Settings>Server from the app of the device with which you submitted your data (that is missing on the server)? Maybe I could then have a closer look at it. Please also share an additional screenshot from within the Sent tab so that I am aware that the data has been sent from the device.
