Why are non-kobo users having issue with accessing kobo form when provided the link to access and collect data?
Welcome to the community, @Tyson_Malken! Would you mind sharing with us the link you have been provided so that we could have a look at it to see what’s wrong? Besides, would you also mind letting us know the mode of data collection you are planning (i.e. are you planning to use Collect android app or are you planning to use Enketo)?

OK, I now get your issue. So you are seeing this login box (while trying to collect your data):
If you wish to disable this, you could uncheck the Require authentication to see forms and submit data as outlined in the post discussed previously:
