Hello - I have minimal selected as the appearance for my question responses when its select multiple. I want to include an other to select other that then opens a text box to fill in what that “other” was. Please advise!

Hi! this is helpful for the UI- thanks! If I want to make the same edit (adding an other option and automatic fill in the blank for that other) to the survey in the xls edit, how do I do that?
