Added question from the library does not appear as it is

Hello,

I am trying to add block of questions from one form to another. I added 3 different blocks in the library from form A, but when adding it to another form (from B) same block appears every time with same name and same questions.
Please help!!

@Ebti, could you try to download the blocks (from the library) as XLSForm to see if the questions are unique.
