Adding other users

Dear Kobo community,

I am asking about steps to add other users such ( manager, enumerator , data viewer )
I have the admin role, but when i click on settings and try to share and add user name it says that user name not found.

Please help me what is the missing step so i can add user names to allow them be data manager, viewer and enumerator.

Hi @mhdtunisia and welcome to the community!

First, you need to register the users in the same server that you are in, just like you they also need their own accounts.

Then you can manage their permissons and give row level permissions for your needs.
