Adding Question from Library but Old Question Shows Up

I am updating my list of districts in xlsform in separate file, then I want to combine it with my existing project. So after I upload it, I add the updated list in the library, But everytime I add the list from the library in the existing project, the list always shows as the old list, not the updated one.

Even when I checked the library, it has the updated list, not the old one. What happened and what can I do to fix it.

Could you let us know how exactly you updated the question present in your library? Did you update them through the form builder UI or did you update them through the xlsform? Maybe a cross check would be to download your library question (as xlsform) and see if they are updated.
