Adding tooltips or information boxes

Hi everyone,

Greetings.

I am building a form where I have 10 likert scale questions with 4 options each. Each option on these scales has a unique description and useful for the raters to make the right choice.
I would like to understand how can I add tooltips with this description for each option on the rating scale. This is a webform and won’t be used in mobile version by the raters.
I tried looking for information in the forums / enketo - xlsforms websites, could not find much.

Is there any way to add the tooltips or any other elegant solution so that the descriptions are handy on the form itself for the raters while they fill the form.

You can only use hint or guidance_hint, on question level, but not on single choice item level.
