Allow_choice_duplicates error message seen while deploying a form

Hello,

I need help fixing this issue as I cannot preview my form and my edits are not saving despite saying they are saved. I have tried several solutions of fixing the choice sheet and I have reviewed it and it appears to have no errors. Please help.
