I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I’m facing with the app. Although I’ve selected Hindi as the preferred language, some parts of the app are still displayed in English. Could any one please look into this and how to resolve the issue?
Welcome to the community, @prayatn_sanstha! This could be due to the completeness of the translation. Pinging @Xiphware who should be able to provide you with the exact cause.
The mobile Android app does have translations for many languages, but - as you have observed - some are more thorough than others… There’s a good summary of the status of each here [KoboCollect is a fork of ODK Collect, so it uses the same translations]: ODK Collect localization | Transifex
Hindi is currently about 40% translated. Please feel free to contribute further translations for Hindi if you can; these are ultimately all provided from the community!
