Setting up the account in the kobo collect up, added the normal url,username and password bt ot says wrong url
Welcome to the community, @oscarthoya! I quickly checked your account and can confirm that it is active under the Global Server. Would you mind trying to login to your account from the server (to check that your login credentials are correct)?
@oscarthoya, could you recheck the server settings for this device? It seems like you have entered the wrong server URL here.

You will need to follow this configuration as outlined in this support article Data Collection on KoboCollect App (Latest Version).
@oscarthoya, have you logged into your account (server) at least once? Were you able to login with the login credentials that you have?
