Anonymous data collection

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help answer a question. I need to build a survey for a small humanitarian organization, but I have to ensure that the response data are anonymous.

Does anyone know how to ensure that any identifying data such as IP addresses and emails are not collected when respondents complete the koBo survey?

I hope someone can help with this question.
