API to extract web component (Forms)

Please can i get access to API that imitates the web component to collect data such as 1.online -offline(multiple submission)
2.online-only(multiple submission)
3.online-only(single submission)
4.online-only(once per respondent
I need to integrate it to mobile app that will enable users to retrieve and fill forms using their mobile app on their mobile device

@dekpo, these features are only meant for Enketo and not for the Collect android app.
