Is kobo toolbox able to allow a user to set a reminder on the appointment one has with a client on a particular date?
@1994e, sorry! I don’t think this is possible within the system. But let us see if our community has some workaround for it.
@1994e I don’t know what kind of system you are setting up, but you can do this, albeit limited, with third-party applications. As far as I know, @osmanburcu has also enabled sending e-mail and SMS via Kobo. If you explain a little more, maybe he can give suggestions.

@1994e Hi, I believe it is possible with Python code, but it will need some coding skills. You will send a copy of the data to a microserver by REST API. After that, the microserver can create reminders in Google Calendar, etc. You can use https://deta.space/ as a free and unlimited microserver for the python code.
