Asking question but not collection answers

Hello,

I’m trying to create a form where the user can enter their name in a text box, and then later when submitting the form i do not want their names to be saved., how can i do that?

much appreciated, it does look promising, but i fear that once implemented the user will see that the box disappeared which would result in them disregarding the form,

I’m aiming more to keep it visible as a normal text box, and simply now have their response saved
